Registration

Registration: A registration fees of Rs. 500/- shall be sent by Cheque/Draft/MO in favour of “NCC Kholwad College”along with the form on or before 1 May, 2008.
Travel: Surat is located on the western coast of India. It is well connected by Rail and Road. Direct trains from northern, southern and eastern parts of India connect Suratto far corners of the nation. A reception centre and MCO shall be temporarily established at Surat Railway station for the conference. Delegates on arrival at the railway station are requested to contact the MCO for further arrangements.
Accommodation & Adm: Accommodation shall be provided to all outstation delegates in Hotels/Guest Houses/Hostels. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with adequate tea breaks with refreshment shall be catered for.
About the Host Institute: Shree Bhartiya Vidya Mandal was founded in June 1966, and soon became an elixir for the surrounding rural belt. Education is imparted without any discrimination. The institute meets the need of local community and empowers the rural youth, facilitating KG to PG level education, higher education being imparted in five faculties namely Arts, Science, Cmmerce, Education and Technology. Bhartiya Vidya Mandal has progressed to great extent since 1966. Today it is in its prime youth with NCC a shining jewel in its crown.
NCC unit was established in this campus since the inception of the College. It is commanded by Capt Unmesh Pandya since last 14 years. Capt Unmesh, a recipient of the prestigious “Director General’s Commendation Card’ is a distinguished officer who has been ranked first with Alfa grading in more than one refresher courses at the national level. The NCC company of the college has a rare distinction of publishing its annual magazine “Anushashan” since last ten years, the oldest of its type in the history of NCC. The ex-cadets of the unit have clubbed themselves to form a nucleus of a national ex-cadet organization MN with members spread throughout the length and breadth of the nation. The unit has undertaken a variety of activities to fulfill the vision and mission of NCC.
